@shred grundsätzlich natürlich ein Risiko, aber aus dem Text:

"Während der mündlichen Verhandlung gab das Finanzministerium an, dass die Textnachrichten auf dem dienstlichen Mobiltelefon von Lindner gespeichert sind. Mit diesem hatte der Minister in einem "ungeschützten Bereich" mit dem Autolobbyisten kommuniziert. Die SMS seien im Zuge des Gerichtsverfahrens zudem ausgedruckt und so gesichert worden."

Klingt für mich relativ zuverlässig, zumindest besser als auf dem Handy.
