If a NO, thank them and tell them to stick to their position.
If a YES, tell them you want them to rethink and vote NO.

Speaking as someone else with a shitty landlord, living in a 100+ year old house with ungrounded outlets everywhere, and ALSO had a fucking interior exposed outlet on the outside of the house - FUCKING A+ HACK!

When I moved in my outlets were all original to the house 2 prong ones that were so degraded they wouldn’t hold a plug. I spent my own time and money replacing them with new 2-prong outlets (and maybe a couple 3-prong which I wrote ungrounded on).
