The article mentions a couple other schools with similar practices. Iβd reckon there are many more, including in my home state of Oklahoma, especially given how focused the politicians are on implementing voucher programs.

Why do I not include Bunny CDN?
As far as I can tell, they're a shell company. Nothing of theirs is theirs, and they share everything about you with 12 different American companies, including a company called, Activity Campaign, which has such close ties with Facebook, I'm surprised we don't own them. bunny.net/privacy/
In truth, when using Bunny CDN, I don't know if you can actually claim to have escaped Us Jurisdiction. I mean, technically, the company is located ins Slovenia, Europe. But they lease (rent) 19 servers in the USA, which wouldn't be so much an issue, if they also didn't make it part of their business model to share all your information with 12 American companies too.
This does not seem like a company that if the US Government said, "hey, we don't like random, can you do something about them" I doubt they would be in a strong position to tell them, no.
