One calicoโ€™s eyes are changing color while the otherโ€™s appear even bluer ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ’• #fosterkittens #cats #catsofmastodon

With some fanfare, Google switched my phone assistant to AI. My first question was "what is the outdoor temperature" (a regular ask). It answered with what I'm guessing is the average temperature across the United States. ๐Ÿ™„

I immediately switched back to assistant classic and asked it the same thing. 71ยฐ, which is correct and what I wanted to know.

Great job Google, no notes. โœจ

The image is a meme featuring two panels with a man wearing sunglasses and a plaid shirt. In the top panel, the man is adjusting his sunglasses, and the background shows a bookshelf with various items. The text on the right side reads: "Opinion | THE PRIVACY PROJECT" followed by the headline "Why We Should Stop Fetishizing Privacy." The subtext states, "Big tech companies create jobs, encourage innovation and provide valuable services free. Why would we want to break them up?" The date is May 23, 2019.

In the bottom panel, the man is again adjusting his sunglasses, with the same background. The text on the right side reads: "Opinion | THE PRIVACY PROJECT" followed by the headline "My Revenue Streams Rely On Your Data." The subtext states, "I'm engaged in a business model which requires you to be spied on all the time; that's why this piece exists." The date is also May 23, 2019.

Wow, office space. You know since the pandemic a lot of science gets done from home; instead of wasting 2 hours every day being forced to drive back and forth to work at the same time as 10,000 other people for EFFICIENCY and there is no parking, and no office space --- How can you return to the office when it's a beanbag chair and a laptop

Itโ€™s #STFUfriday!

When cops ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and then STFU:

- I am not discussing how Iโ€™m doing or where Iโ€™m going.

- Am I free to leave?

- I am not answering any questions.

- If they ask to search anything: "I do not consent to a search."

- I want to talk to a lawyer.

Cops or the FBI may come to your door asking about someone else. Maybe that's a lie, maybe not. Either way, say, "I want to talk to a lawyer first." DO NOT LIE THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW THEM! STFU! /1

Every time anyone uses the term Trump to express criticism, the political content is 0

By focusing on Trump you are laundering capitalism, this silly excuse of a democracy, and pseudo liberal ideology being good.

Just replace Trump with capitalism and the militaristic state and you are back into politics.

does your Marxist private group speak against a militaristic state?

hommie don't play dat

If you don't understand basic things in political philosophy don't blame your ignorance on Marxists or sell some baseless anti-Marxism

Simple: You speak against Trump .. other republicans are good .. democrats like fascist Biden are good .. capitalism is good, neoliberalism without Trump's state intervention is good.

For every Trump you destroy there will be many more ... maybe worse

Not gonna argue with a whyt cis boy in his 20s mansplaining smarter and more educated people than him. You seem like you don't understand anything and are just in love with your idea of your own moral/political/philosophical superiority, despite offering nothing to no one. So garden variety and vapid that it hurts. Go back to 2017.

I run this through a translating to english software and it came out blank ...

And why are you being ageist /racist against someone in 20s. A rational logical argument still holds water whether it is expressed by a 10y old or 100y old.

If you just paid attention to the content and not to bully people away

The CDC Buried a Measles Forecast That Stressed the Need for Vaccinations
โ€”

Before RFKJr got his confirmation, the CDC was compromised. In 2023 they were pulling back on warnings about new Covid19 variants, and signs that childhood illnesses were making a comeback.
Some red states actually shut down their childhood immunisation programs, along with Covid vaccinations as a 'so there, ๐Ÿ‘…' to Biden. Very adult, I'm sure. But there is no doubt that having a brain-worm-killing, anti-science, anti-vax numpty in charge of *health* the US is going to suffer, and children will die in the millions.
