FL and OH have appointed senators to replace Rubio and Vance so they aren't well established yet, and Joni Ernst is doing everything she can to piss her voters off by telling people everyone dies, the most let them eat cake thing I could ever think of. Now we just have to make sure that we actually get to have an election in 2026, sigh.

Per the article... "data includes addresses, names, social security numbers."

It's not a far stretch to assume the list also includes phone numbers & perhaps emergency contacts which would wrangle in others, like family members, that may not even be enrolled in Medicaid.

This has been a major point which I have tried to make to many privacy impotent people that say they have nothing to hide.

This is BASIC information that is being weaponized... Kennkarte vibes.

This is an outright lie. After a judge ruled, Trump cannot use the national guard, he appealed. The appeals court has accepted his appeal and will host the first hearing in the matter on Tuesday.

Trump abuses that development to give the impression that the appeals court has ruled, he can use the national guard. They have not ruled yet. But they may do so next week, and it is likely they will uphold the original ruling.
