Airplane mode typically doesn't turn off GPS reception, so location services may need to be turned off separately. Otherwise, photos in airplane mode may still have EXIF location data (for example).
Airplane mode may not turn off bluetooth, so verify that is off.
Even then I wouldn't trust it. Airplane mode isn't designed for privacy, and it has evolved over time to be more permissive. I wouldn't be surprised if some phones still send an occasional IMEI ping even in airplane mode.

In the Germany of 1929-33, the president's power to rule by decree if the house is divided was a key factor in the only 30% of Nazis seizing power completely. It lasted 12 yrs and left everything in ruins, millions dead. Therefore rule by executive decree is no longer allowed in our post-war constitution.
Constitutions can evolve.

That looks odd. There is no good reference, but that sheet metal is around 5 mm thick and that makes no sense for building drone enclosures. That thing is probably too heavy for a single man to lift and it can probably support the weight of an elephant. If you wanted to transport drones, you could use plywood or thin sheet metal to make the compartments.
But, if I had to transport something like gas cylinders, I'd build something like this.

Specifically, I want to see how that relationship might be different for cis and trans individuals, as well as for entities with non-human identities.
