I wonder how much calling politicians โlawmakersโ in media stories also serves as a low-key way of inflaming tensions and riling up the people who are prepared to carry actions to horrible extremes. Itโs a naming choice that suggests that these politicians are creating rules to restrict or somehow control, rather than simply help society function.
