Good protest turnout today in Bev. I overheard someone say that this was easily 4-5x the usual showing.
Only one guy who made sure to pass through with his MAGA flag a few times (and was appropriately boo'd), and no MAGA counter-protesters.
I only saw one cop, but there was at least one police drone keeping an eye on things.

otherwise not too bad sounds not too bad at all though. i'm glad.
i'm better than the past few days. which were quite atrocious, so i'm also glad that today isn't quite so awful. i can't really walk, but nevermind!

it's second-hand, so my concern (the 8€ aside) is that it might have ... aroma ... either perfumey or cigarettey. but presumably it would air?

The cider is my last bottle of a fizzy fermented one that a friend made a while back.
Flavour-wise it is somewhere between a US and UK cider, but it is surprisingly low on the tipsy scale. 😁

in reply to laen • • •@primrose (Replying for Primrose) We're doing pretty well! Yesterday, we found out that our maximum stamina points went up by 1. It's really exciting that our ME/CFS seems to be improving!
Our system member @indigo also went to a trans support group, which was nice, and watched the tail end of a Long Covid art presentation. Then they looked into financial help for renewing our driver's license. Looks like we'll get help!
