Investigators Tues are focusing on whether a gunman was targeting the #NFL when he killed 4 people in Midtown #Manhattan, including a police officer.
Mayor Eric Adams said the authorities “have reason to believe that he was focused on the NFL,”which has offices at 345 Park Avenue. Adams said a note found on the gunman mentioned the NFL & claims that the man suffered from #CTE from playing football. It asks that his brain be examined for signs of CTE.
