I agree with tante that frictionlessnes is not possible or even desirable, since it takes away our incentives to learn and interact with the rest of the world. Instead i try to be mindful about where I try to remove friction, and where I try to enforce it.
An example would be insisting on contract first API design, which to a lot of devs is just too much friction, since it mandates discussion and compromises
