So, it turns out it's really hard to do exercises after meals to keep your blood sugar down if (1) you have postprandial rhinitis and (2) you have frequent, random coughing fits that veer into gagging and choking from a long term mystery illness affecting your respiratory system.
Put them together, and it's like a guaranteed severe coughing fit *while already out of breath*. You might even undo the effects of the time spent prepping and eating your food, if you aren't careful. 🙁
It's really hard to exercise when you're depressed and have nothing to live for either.
