A cab driver broke my walker today. He was being too forceful with it, ignored my plea for him to stop and that I'd get it, and broke the back rest on my walker. I'm so upset because this impacts my ability to get around and out a lot. I reported him to the cab company, and the manager said she'll have the boss call me in the morning.
This is so stressful. I'm not confident that the company will pay for repairs, and I can't afford them. I hate that this guy treated my mobility aid so carelessly
