in reply to Ham on Wry • • •He clearly still feels like if he just says a thing -- and if his dutiful press secretary repeats it as fact -- it'll be believed by everyone, not just his (literally cultish) followers.
I understand that accepting something is real that you had always thought was fake is a mental break of sorts -- literally, your perception of reality is altered -- but there's a LOT of people who need that to happen in themselves, including the self-perceived great leader himself.
