Hace años ví los servidores en un CPD de Telefónica donde estaban los datos de las pulseritas.
Estaban dentro del CPD en una jaula. Digamos que el acceso ya era bastante restringido y luego pues también la jaula para que no se tocase.
A mi este sistema de pulseritas siempre me pareció bien pero mal en cuanto a:
- Confianza ciega en la tecnología
- Lo gestionan empresas privadas
El traspaso de una empresa a otra suele ser una mierda. Una hora de shadowing y poco más.

in reply to fanta 🐌 • • •Creo que este tipo de cosas es mejor que lo gestione el propio estado y no telefónica, NTTData, CapGemini, Vodafone, ...
Porque al final esos servicios los llevará gente que no es ni de Telefónica ni de Vodafone (subcontratan todo) y los traspasos cuando se pierde el contrato del servicio son muy pobres.
Es mejor si el estado llevase este tipo de infraestructura crítica. Tengamos en cuenta que se juegan la vida muchas personas si estas cosas fallan.

in reply to fanta 🐌 • • •No solo eso, yo creo que cualquier aplicación o servicio público, debería ser desarrollado y gestionado por la propia administración pública. La increíble dependencia que hay a las grandes tecnológicas y cárnicas por parte del estado es absurda.
Pero claro, para ello habría que hacer una inversión inicial importante y tener equipos de desarrollo internos y no parece que nadie esté por la labor de hacer algo por el estilo...

in reply to Xiul • • •@xiul es un gran melón este. Mi opinión es que creo que sería mejor si se gestionase desde el estado sin dedicarse a sacar a concurso la gestión y mierdas así. Que se gestionase por funcionarios públicos.
Recuerdo en una empresa que curré donde ganamos llevar servicios de la junta de Andalucia. Una vez ganamos el boss se reunió con los trabajadores y nos dijo que hiciéramos lo mínimo o nada. Habían ganado por tirar los precios y daba igual llevar eso bien o mal, hacer lo mínimo era la orden.

Lo mismo no es así en todo tipo de proyectos. Pero mi experiencia me hace pensar que mejor que lo llevase la administración publica.
Porque en esos proyectos al subcontratar lo subcontratado la rotación es grandísima. Lo mismo alguien no dura ni 3 meses y no les da tiempo a enterarse de nada.
