Meeting was supervisor was great, we made sure we have done all the formal steps we need to then we talked through my training needs and development plan.
Iโve got a fun week next week coming up, with team meeting on Wednesday and hopefully being introduced to some other PhD students in the school of psychology. Then I have my first visit to the foodbank where I will do my field research on Friday.
Lots to do too on my ongoing project from my previous job which Iโm doing one day per week. I like to be busy without being overwhelmed.
Next up today we have got to take Cinnamon for her checkup and vaccinations. Always get nervous they will find something wrong with her although she seems in fine fettle.

yesterday was so good; he was almost back to normal and ate loads. today though ... he is eating, but he also seems uncomfortable / like he feels sick again. i had stopped one of the meds yesterday afternoon (that we were meant to stop on tuesday), so maybe it's that? i've given him another dose just now: we shall see if it helps.

Because of sunlight and bird activity it will happen late afternoon/early evening if it will happen.
But... I have extra spoons today. And the anticipation boosts the spoons even more. I'm constantly at: oooh, I finally have the spoons to [insert random useful thing]. Need to tell myself no. This is a lay down day from now on.
