The brand, I usually, prefer is called, "Annin Flagmakers." Their flags tend to last 2 years or so (Spring, Summer, Fall, I don't fly my flags during the winter). They cost a bit a more (averaging 30-60 dollars), but they hold up. When they're unavailable, the next brand, which is hit-and-miss, is Anley. I would like to buy a good quality, European Union flag. Not one of those cheap Polyester, that quickly fade. I would also like to buy a good quality, Canadian flag too.
This flag lasted 3 years in full wind, full sun, and full rain - Complete exposure to the elements, throughout the spring, summer, and fall. I tend not to take my flags down, except for winter.
As you can see, the first thing to go is the blue where the stars are. It starts to look a purple color. This one is, of course, being retired and not hung up this year. This was an Annin brand flag.
