Schumer is capitulating to Trump, again.
For those saying that Chuck Schumer is just one Senate Democrat and doesn't speak for the entire party, I have two responses:
1. He literally is the minority Leader of the Democrats, so yes he does speak for the party in capitulating to Trump
2. If Senate Dems found his act truly objectionable, they'd remove him. They won't. They're complicit.
We desperately need leadership with the courage to fight injustice.

We're All Going to the World's Fair is basically a one woman quiet, weird, contemplative tour de force that's not at all what I was expecting.
A lot of interesting shots, including a slick long take, done with a handheld camera that fits perfectly with the story.
Melancholic and hopeful, it's billed as horror, but it's not. Unless you consider Donnie Darko to be horror.
What it is, I don't know, other than unique and quite good.
PSA ~ My local grocer sells individual slices of pies and cakes as well as whole ones. Today I bought a slice of Key Lime. Most of the pastries sold in grocery stores are covered in large globs of icing. This is not French Buttercream.
So tonight, I cut the slice of pie in half to eat only that for dessert. But before I ate it, I scraped off the 1 1/4 inch of white, foamy glop on top. That commercial grade frosting is essentially Crisco, or foamed up oil and some sweetener. If you dump it into your kitchen sink, it does not immediately dissolve in water and looks more like Latex. Unless you're buying pastries at a high quality bakery, skip the icing and your organs will thank you. And yes, I went to a culinary school. 🥧 🧁
