Odd souvenir?

I found this in a box at home. Anyone have any clues?

Lens only returns bottle openers & ashtrays. I just tested on a beer bottle & remain thirsty. 😂 Not a bottle opener. It's not an ashtray.

The top bits are perhaps stylised waves on a beach? Cast iron, possibly sandcast, no marks on the reverse. It will stand on the legs at the bottom, but wobbles precariously - bump the table & it falls flat. Roughly palm sized.

Today I decided to print a nameplate for my not-really-new printer.

I have impostor syndrome when it comes to graphic design -- I have no confidence in my work. Anyway, this is what I made. I might change it in large or small ways later. The font is Typo Angular Rounded Bold.

(Printed on the other printer that has the MMU, of course.)

A Prusa MK4S printer is inside an IKEA LACK enclosure. On the upper right corner of the enclosure, the nameplate says Phœnix in orange letters. The letterforms are oddly modern. The nameplate background is a dark honeycomb, and several random honeycomb edges are outlined in orange.
A close-up of the nameplate shows that it has a two-layer honeycomb background. Small infill honeycomb in dark gray, and a larger pattern in matte black. The orange letters and lines have been ironed smooth. The "OE" letters in "Phoenix" are a ligature. The nameplate exactly fits the 50mm thickness of the IKEA LACK tabletop.
