Firefox lost the browser wars. They kept focusing on the wrong things, and kept breaking things and not fixing them for what seemed like forever. Firefox for Mobile (the browser) is a good example. They started with extensions, removed them for years, and then finally gave them back again.
The last I read was they wanted to add AI to their mobile browser too. I'm not sure if they're still doing that or not. Mozilla flips flops so frequently, that I lost track as to what they're doing now (lost interest, so I wouldn't know either).
