Mit dieser Summe hätte man in den letzten Jahren besser ordentliche, souveräne und benutzerfreundliche IT-Infrastruktur gebaut, die von allen Kantonen und Gemeinden mit gutem Gewissen genutzt werden kann.
EDIT: die Zahl 5 Mio ist bei sehr bevölkerungsreichen Kantonen...und 650 Mio wohl zu hoch geschätzt. Aber auch schon bei realistischeren 400 Mio. wäre das genügend.
Ich hatte mal Einblick in die Daten einer kantonalen Berufsschule. Alle Schüler nutzen OneNote und legen die Daten dort ab. Jeder Schüler hatte XXX GB und identische Dokumente (z.T. Video mit mehreren GB) waren bei jedem Schüler einzeln vorhanden. Ich denke, da kommen zu den Lizenzen noch einige Mio. für (unnötigen) Speicherplatz dazu!
