According to the Kyiv School of Economics, supplies from Russian military depots to the front have almost halved since 2022, showing that old stockpiles are running low. Even tanks from the 1940s are now being used.
In 2024, over half of the cargo marked as “explosives” in Russian arsenals came from the North Korean port of Nakhodka. Pyongyang is also sending missiles, howitzers and troops.
