vor kurzem habe ich online per Abbuchung bezahlt und bekam die Meldung, dass es Banken gibt, die das okay dafür bis zu 14 Tage später schicken. Das ist auch merkwürdig. Vielleicht dreht das über die Bank bevor die IBAN beim Ministerium überprüft wird?
