Although it estimates that #COVID19 infections are growing or likely growing in 26 states and not changing in 19 states, it is the Rt estimate that is interesting. In five weeks, the reproductive estimate hasn't changed. COVID is growing, but it isn't accelerating as we typically see in a surge.
