Veremos se fago o apaño cunha resistencia duns céntimos de euro (non debería custar máis). Estaba pensando nunha vitrificada máis robusta, pero parece que esa resistencia fai tamén de fusible.

Acabo de facer no Kicad o esquema da parte de alimentación da placa.
Mañán vou ir por un regulador ou dous (xa chamei para asegurarme que os teñen).
Por outro lado, estráñame que estando o mosfet do regulador en corto, non se queimase nada máis augas abaixo.
Probei o 7805 metendo tensión cunha batería no seu pin de entrada, e saca 4.9-e-pico voltios na saída, así que parece que está ben.

O condensador C2 desoldeino e da os 10uF cravados. En continua dame circuito aberto, así que tampouco parece ter perdas. Non sei se podería ter algún tipo de problema que só se manifestase cando traballa con tensións altas. Non teño moita experiencia reparando cousas e non estou enterado dos fallos típicos desdes condensadores de alta tensión.

O primeiro que cambiei hoxe foi o regulador, que como xa comentei estaba queimado.
Co regulador novo, a placa encendía... por momentos. A pantalla púxose a encender e apagar continuamente. Revisadas as alimentacións, vin que os 16V iban e viñan.

in reply to int21h • • •O LNK304GN (e toda a familia) ten un modo de autoreinicio cando detectan algún fallo, e tiña toda a pinta de que era o que estaba a ocorrer.
Revisei todos os compoñentes e todos estaban ben, pero o condensador de feedback, o que vai conectado entre o inductor e o diodo da parte superior do circuito, dábame unha capacidade de 1uF. Que non é que esté mal, pero o fabricante recomenda entre 10 e 22 uF.

Pero o condensador orixinal era un SMD 1206 (enano). Para que encaixara na placa tiven que metelo debaixo do display LCD, tal e como se ve na foto.

Outra posibilidade que podía estar provocando os auto-reinicios, era que o inductor estivese estropeado. A medida en continua daba ben, pero eso non garantiza que a inductancia sexa a que ten que ser. Non comprara reposto para o inductor, pero tiña un na casa de 4mH. O orixinal era de 1.8mH, e o fabricante indica valores mínimos e permite superalos, así que pasar de 1.8mH a 4mH era asumible.
Pero os autoreinicios seguían.

Alimentando o circuito cunha fonte externa a 16V, o consumo era de 10mA. Non había sobreconsumo.
Como comprara dous reguladores de reposto, volvín a cambiar o regulador. Nada, seguía a facer o mesmo.
Non o dixen antes, pero a parte de alta tensión xa a comprobara e estaba ben. O condensador cárgase a 316V sen problemas. E conserva a carga de marabilla. Vaia lostregazo que levei...

De donde podería sacar 16V?
Tiña unha pequena fonte de alimentación de 24V que usara fai tempo para unhas luces LED de acuario. E tiña un reductor DC-DC, así que...
Desoldando a resistencia de 100 ohmios que se queimara, corto a entrada de tensión ao regulador conmutado. E desoldando o inductor queda illada a súa saída.

in reply to int21h • • •Logo xa non queda máis que tomar alimentación de 220V no punto que deixa libre a resistencia, alimentar a fonte de alimentación de 24V, logo coa saída de 24V alimentar o conversor DC-DC, e coa saída do conversor (que o regulo a 16V) alimento a placa no punto onde o inductor debería entregar a tensión de saída.
É algo provisional, porque o mellor é poñer unha única fonte que entregue directamente os 16V, pero polo menos sei que o apaño é viable.
