Yesterday I juggled in the pool. That's such a great combo: light workout with refreshment. And as a bonus you don't have to pick up the balls from the floor.

> Yesterday I juggled in the pool

I'll have to remember that come summer. It reminds me of a friend, who could juggle 9 balls behind his back. He said he trained by standing waist-deep in a small river. Just upstream from a weir, which would catch any balls he dropped and couldn't pick up before they floated away : )

I've been thinking about using skateboard bowls for juggling practice too.

The AI Boom Is Thirsty for Water — And Communities Are Paying the Price

What if the future of artificial intelligence depends on your town running out of water?

"A single older data center like Meta’s in Newton County can use 500,000 gallons of water per day — enough to supply thousands of households. Newer, even thirstier centers are seeking permits for millions of gallons daily. One permit in Georgia requested nine million gallons a day, equivalent of 30,000 homes."

US senator says Trump's 10-day deadline for Putin is too generous—Russia doesn't deserve more time.

"I agree that Vladimir Putin does not deserve additional time and we need to accelerate voting on the sanctions bill," Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal told Suspilne News, advocating for "sanctions to be 500%, not 100%."

in reply to Euromaidan Press

The bipartisan sanctions bill has backing from 81 senators and would impose 500% tariffs on countries buying Russian oil, particularly China and India, far exceeding Trump's proposed 100% tariffs.

Meanwhile, the Kremlin has ignored Trump's ultimatum and says Russia's military operation will continue.

"We are building the world's largest aircraft and we're doing that because there's a gigantic gap in the capability of heavy-lift aircraft," says Lundstrom, the company's CEO and founder. "It amazes me that there is no large cargo aircraft in production or planned to meet this need, except for the Radia WindRunner.

The article says that airships aren't viable.

We already have weird-looking specialised cargo aircraft like the Airbus Beluga and Boeing Dreamlifter, both of which are used to carry large aircraft components like wings and fuselages.

As much as this reminds people of the Spruce Goose and other such projects, using off-the-shelf components makes this relatively likely to be viable if there's a big enough market to make it profitable.

AI setting up in the "the driest part of the country"

UK Anglian Water is opposing plans for an artificial intelligence data centre over water supply concerns.

The data centre would cover up to 435 acres (about 175 hectares) and be built by the A15 Elsham Wolds Industrial Estate in North Lincolnshire.

Concerns have been raised by the water firm over potential flooding risks and water sourcing, with the region described as "the driest part of the country".
