Amateur DXers around the world have detected variations in the signal strength and Doppler shifts of HF (3-30 MHz) and VLF (3-30 kHz) radio stations shortly after the earthquake occurred. Some signal plots are attached from 7L4IOU and F5VLB (via the "Dopplergram" Google group).
