How do screen readers read the thorn character? I see some people online who have decided their personality is going to be "person who uses a thorn in lieu of th" and I wonder how bad that is for people with vision impairments.

experimenting with it more: when it's part of a word (but not at the end) it'll read it as a 'th' sound, but wont apply english orthography to it i.e. 'Þe' is read as 'thee' instead of 'the', 'ÞoÞ' as 'tho thorn' instead of 'thoth'
