We used 100 ml more water, and two packets of dry yeast (for ~1 kg of type-1050 flour). I think it turned out quite well!
We also timed ourselves, and the active steps took 6:30 minutes! 😁 Not bad at all for fresh bread in the morning! I like that this recipe makes it very approachable to bake bread: It's two steps, and doesn't involve kneading! 🥖

Jeder Vorwurf der Rechten (in diesem Fall Saskia Ludwigs Plagiatvorwurf an zukünftige Verfassungsrichterin) wird nur gemacht, weil man sich selbst SEHR gut mit dem Vergehen auskennt. Und annimmt, dass jede(r) sich genauso benimmt.
