Two names are mentioned: Sobchak and Putin.
I am sure none of these people, as well as many others, have forgotten that Finland used to be under Russian rule until 1918 (with a little autonomy since about the 1860s after Alexander II's reforms).
And Finnish neutrality after the Second World War was set by the Soviet Union in such a way as to be useful to the latter.

I really love when a piece of popular media has one of these little philosophical gems in it that is actually well written.
