I've been using Zwift for quite a few years, but this week decided to try some of the interval trainer rides. They're very enjoyable and I like how they regulate the resistance of the turbo trainer to make sure you are doing a certain power... but I'm a bit confused about how to handle the transitions.
In this one there was a drop from 210 watts to a rest period of 100 watts and it's shouting at me to pedal slower, but I'm basically just free wheeling because the turbo has turned the resistance down to zero. Then Zwift seemed to get confused and think I had stopped entirely.
I'm probably just doing something wrong but I don't really know what.
Also I am finding these a bit too easy. I would rather the higher efforts be 300+ watts, since they're only short. Does that increase the more you use them?
@tom Yeah, this. Also, the length of your intervals should be scaled to the intensity in order to maximize the benefit without killing yourself. Structured training is a very deep rabbit hole, but basically 110% FTP or higher, your intervals should be 30 seconds to 5 minutes (and 5 minutes at 110% is really hard); 95β105% FTP, 8 minutes or more. I don't bother with zone-3 intervals at all.
Recovery should be in zone 1 or zone 2.

I have seen TOMA actually spray a person to death, due to the severe pressure.
They also sometimes put CS concentrate in the water, in spite of instructions saying that's not allowed, because it can be very harmful, potentially deadfly. When they do that, the water becomes dark yellow/brown-ish.

Note that neither eX-Twitter nor any of the other social media platforms which are headquartered outside Turkey actually HAVE to comply with Turkey's court orders, as they are under the jurisdiction of wherever they are registered (e.g. California, USA) unless they CHOOSE to have servers and/or office in Turkey.
If they don't have servers or office in Turkey, they are not operating in Turkey and thus it does not matter what Turkey's laws, etc would be. Turkey can then choose to block, which would lead to further protests, prestige-loss and tax-losses for the government.
However, eX-Twitter and others have CHOSEN to open an office in Turkey for the specific purpose of making themself subject to Turkey's courts, to aid the dictatorship, instead of taking the fight for proper free speech.

My bet would be the second cop will be reprimanded or fired for this and the other one promoted.
This is of course extremely dangerous, potentially lethal.
By firing at such a high arc the canister will have a high impact force when landing and if it hits a person's head that would potentially be fatal.
As it is also very clearly not aimed and they do generate a lot of heat while active, if hitting and penetrating someone's window or balcony door instead, that could likely set fire to the apartment or more.
The instruction as designed, in general as I have been told, is that the canisters are supposed to be aimed downwards at such an angle that they impact the ground and bounce close to the ones being targeted, so that they will reach where intended but have drastically decreased kinetic energy when they may inadvertently impact some human and then probably only in less lethal legs area.
Some do instead aim e.g. directly at people's heads, leading to loss of eyes, concussions, brain hemorrhages and in some cases deaths.
Of course personally, my opinion is that everyone involved in making such should be shunned from decent society until they've demonstrated not being a threat to humanity anymore.
The total ban against all demo and sit-in protests, press conferences, petition signature collection, etc in the Ankara Governorate of Turkey which contains the capital city and more, was extended to April 1 by the Governor, who was not elected but appointed by ErdoΔan's decree.
The Δ°zmir Governorate (west coast Turkey) extended the equivalent ban to March 29th.
