Texas Tech Explosion: Video of 'Green Flames' Goes Viral
Videos showing green flames erupting from a manhole cover following an explosion at Texas Tech University have drawn wide attention online.
A number of university buildings were evacuated following the explosion, including the university library. Power was also shut off across the campus.
Students were later allowed back into their halls of residence, but were instructed to avoid the university's Engineering Key area.

So I think if you want to criticize him a better angle would be to ask why he was so gung ho to open the contract in the first place. I think the contract might have a termination fee we're gonna have to pay now 🙁
