There is something very wrong in this country when six young people meeting to discuss politics in a Quaker Meeting House are arrested by the police after a mass (twenty officers) invasion of the building (armed with tasers).
The freedom to protest, or even the freedom to meet in a room to discuss current affairs, are central to a democracy... if this freedom is now compromised (further), as it seems to be, we are in a very bad place!

I have tweaked Microsoft Windows to such an extreme, for example, I do not have Windows Defender, Windows Mail, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge Web View, Windows Media Player (legacy), and I have also removed Microsoft Internet Explorer (legacy). I can sign in to a local account (as shown in my previous screenshot), plus continue to log into my store without effecting my local account.
I, of course, did install an antivirus to replace Windows Defender, opting for something light weight, but with some extra tools, 360 Total Security, and I replaced Edge with Vivaldi.

Thus far, the review of Nimitz Library’s holdings has identified 900 books that may run afoul of the defense secretary’s verbal order. According to a second defense official, they include “The Autobiography of Martin Luther King Jr.,” “Einstein on Race and Racism,” and a biography on Jackie Robinson.
