If you don't know the procedure, it's a quick test :
Launch tor browser, set a proxy on 127.0.0.1 port 9050 in your usual browser/app, socks 5 protocol.
On linux, just install tor via console and use these same browser/app settings
If it works, it may give you a free functional alternative with an ever changing IP ?
Sorry if it's a naive non functional input, I can't test it myself
