“The Navy⚡️has canceled its decision to shut off critical weather satellites used by NOAA to monitor tropical cyclones. DoD has just confirmed that NOAA will be able to continue using these satellites for the remainder of their operational life.

Obviously, good news today, but DoD and NOAA have demonstrated they are untrustworthy in this matter and there’s no reason think this is final word, and it could be change yet again tomorrow.
