I love walking past these old houses that still have the original boot scraper next to the front door from before the roads and paths were properly paved.

I'm at that fun point where I'm going "well, maybe if I change my whole diet around X, I can take fewer Y pills, so I'll stop getting sideeffect Z as badly..."
