Highlights of the New Orleans Mardi Gras Endymion Parade from the perspective of a rider at the top of float number 16, third of three sections. The parade is a night parade and the float is lit with flashing lights and brightly decorated. On two levels, costumed riders toss "throws" - toys, beads, and flashing-lighted collectables to the yelling people in the crowd on both sides of the float.
