IIRC this is some system database, and I'd avoid syncing it between devices directly. If you don't want to use CalDAV server, I think that DecSyncCC+Syncthing should work.
Someone on Syncthing forum tried to use on-device CalDAV server (in Termux).
@brie It's the calendar provider and you can't sync them without root. Still not recommended to use Syncthing, yes, a Caldav server would be the best option IMO too.
