It's not on any list because it's a specially modified tri-point (Y) security screw. Only the manufacturer has a driver for it. This page explains it:

Oh well, it's for a cheap cord extension, whose switch broke. . Guess it's trash now.

in reply to Michael Keukert • •The last thing we need is more trash in the landfill, though. Consider taking a Dremel tool cutting wheel or needle file to make your own slot in the thing. A Dremel grinding wheel gives you the option of just grinding the head all the way off and then pop the thing apart.
