It’s PAL! Our new plastic pellets for DIY Injection molding. It’s paintable, it’s flexible, it’s PVC-free.
This blend is our “firm” blend, which was designed to mimic the structural properties of Kenner’s 3 3/4 line.
PAL was engineered by Dynamic Modifiers in Atlanta to be like the kinds of vinyl that toys are traditionally made from, but 100% PVC free! PAL is a polyolefin, like HDPE or PP, and is perfect for use in traditional desktop/benchtop injection molding systems.
We can also provide PAL in harder or softer formulations, and in various other colors. Please reach out to us for more information and quantity discounts.
