Terms of Service

You agree by using the services provided by this Friendica Instance to follow this Instance's Terms of Services & Rules and acknowledge that you will not use this services for anything that is illegal.

You agree to be respectful at all times to all users including ones not on this Instance that you are able to interact with due to this Instance being federated.

All information that you provide during registration that can reasonably be considered private will not be sold, shared or provided to anyone by this Instance's administrator for any reason other than to comply with a legal subpoena duly submitted by a Law Enforcement Agency.

If you are not sure what is reasonably considered private please contact this Instance's administrator for clarification.

You understand that you are posting on an International Network and that you are responsible for your privacy. DO NOT post things you wish to keep secret. Even if you make your posts and/or content private another user that you have given access to your private posts and content could screen shot and share your posts and content you share.

You agree that this Instance's administration will not be responsible for the actions of other uses of this Instance or other federated Instances. If you do not or cannot by your local laws agree to this condition then you DO NOT have permission to use this service.

If a user of this Instance shares your private posts or content, without your consent, please contact the administrator for moderation.

You agree not to register a Bot Account without first contacting the Administrator.

You will not use this Instance solely as a marketing tool or to launch a marketing campaign.

If for any reason you cannot comply with the Terms Of Services & Rules of this Instance then you DO NOT have permission to use this service.

The Rules and Terms of Services can and will be updated at any time that it is deemed necessary by the administrator. It is your responsibility to check and comply with updates.

note: The word Instance in this TOS refers to the Rogue Project Friendica Instance (server).

Rules

  1. DO NOT do anything illegal on this Instance.
  2. DO NOT harass, bully or be rude to other users.
  3. Hate speech and racism is not be allowed. You DO NOT have a pass to make racist remarks again white people.
  4. NOTIFY ADMINISTRATOR BEFORE registering a Bot Account.
  5. No Marketing Accounts
