I honestly wonder whether Apple genuinely expected the Personal Context features of Apple Intelligence to be ready by now, or if the WWDC clips and ads it ran were just an optimistic smokescreen.

Yeah, I think most food in the US comes from factory farms run by giant conglomerates, too.

A blog post written to get my head around #guile #hoot and #fibers, based on my 2024 December Adventure:

The folks at #spritely were really patient and helpful. I am very grateful for the excellent feedback I received from Dave Thompson. Many thanks to this team!

Any corrections and/or clarifications are really appreciated.

While it is still early days, I think the #spritely software stack is really promising!

"Concerned at the UK Government’s intentions to review the #HumanRights framework and #JudicialReview we have come together to state:

While every system could be improved, and protecting #rights and #freedoms for all is a balancing act, our #HumanRightsAct is a proportionate and well-drafted protection for the fundamental #liberties and #responsibilities of everyone in this country.

The Act guarantees the rights to #FreeSpeech and expression, to life, to #liberty, to security, to privacy, to assembly, and to #FreedomOfReligion or belief. It prohibits torture and guarantees fair trials and the #RuleOfLaw.

Judicial review is an indispensable mechanism for individuals to assert those rights and freedoms against the power of the state." humanrightsact.org.uk/

Nice job using it responsibly. Keep up the good work.
People just want to see red once you mention AI, but when used in this targeted way it is very useful and saves time so you can show us these articles sooner.
As solitha said, promoting correct usage. Don't mind the hate.

Clearly.

To prove this, look at a square piece of paper.
It has 2 sides, the front and the back. The mathematical notation for 'square' is with a small 2 to the upper right. The mathematical notation for 'cube' has a small 3 in that location. Therefore, it follows that a cube must have 3 sides.
