This is the current tsunami wave forecast arriving at 1150 PM PDT. Humboldt Co. is forecast to have a max. tsunami ~1 foot. Del Norte is forecast to have a max. wave height of 3-5 foot. People are advised to stay away from beaches, marinas, and harbors as many waves can arrive.

I won't read anything on Substack. It pains me because there are authors I would support if they weren't on there, like Lawdork and several others. Substack's response about the push alert promoting a Nazi blog that even included a swastika makes it even worse, ‘We discovered an error that caused some people to receive push notifications they should never have received,’ a Substack spokesperson told User Mag.” The content wasn't the problem but the technical push alert issue was.
Behooves me to ensure everyone else on @tea is aware of this account, they post all sorts of great stuff constantly.
(Some of it is more Japanese culture focused than explicitly tea related, but there is still a lot of tea!)

All this focus on matcha has created an interesting side effect...the price of matcha rose 20% in the last 3 years, but the price of other green teas went up by 30%.
The sudden scramble to produce matcha has left other types of tea also in unexpectedly short supply!
