in reply to Gina • • •@GoatsLive Exposed roof beams with peeling paint and white mould between planks in some photos. Furniture in the room under them has mould stains growing up from the bottom. Could be water leakage from heating system too, but with the roof beams it's probably roof. The roof is not shown anywhere (suspicious), but the sections that are shown show tile roof in bad condition. Depending on how long it's been leaking that can mean rotten structural beams.
Get a good surveyor. Do not trust a local surveyor, bribery is very much a thing.
