@heartofcoyote everything is heavily controlled by the DCA tower in that airspace. Either the helicopters wouldn’t be authorized for the route when 33 is in use or they’d hold landings on 33 until the helicopters are out of the area.

If I had to retire today, my check wouldn’t cover my property tax. I was told I have to file a form with the irs for every year I’m missing. Get copies of my tax filings since the 80s, and submit them all to SS. Now I’m just hoping the IRS still has records.

Captured with a 45mm shifting and tilt/swing lens and a DSLR camera. A bit of swing kept the side of the trestle in sharp focus, and a bit of shift enabled the framing.
This long, tall trestle on the BNSF railroad is also known as the "John Muir Trestle". People far bolder than I had tagged it with graffiti.
@oclsc There's Amtrak service to Martinez, but it's on the UP, not the BNSF, so its a bit of a walk to the trestle. But do-able if you're sufficiently ambitious (and some nice trails there).

The Texas Department of State Health Services is reporting an outbreak of measles in the South Plains region of Texas. At this time, 223 cases have been identified since late January. Twenty-nine of the patients have been hospitalized.
There has been one fatality in a school-aged child who lived in the outbreak area. The child was not vaccinated and had no known underlying conditions.
