Maybe someday, but not any day soon. In a society that voted Trump in to office, not once but twice, I am not seeing a whole lot of concern for humanity in the American society today.
Trump to me seems like a sense of humor people have when they are really drunk.
What really bothered and dissapointed me was the society of the occupy movement, the BLM movement, the campus occupation for Palestine movement, the pipeline/no-tar-sands movement, lead to Biden!
But then the same society of 1968 lead to Nixon ... so we didn't learn anything yet.
Biden was not a choice he was an alternative. Which was the only reason he won. I had predicted, given his history, that he would lose against Trump. I was wrong. Personally I would vote for a drunk dog with mange problems over Trump. Though unfortunately (for me) others believe he is competent.
What is sad is that people believe in democracy while from Clinton onwards it doesn't really make much of a difference who wins, bankers and accountants dictate policy inwards, oil and defense industries dictate policy outwards.
Do you think if the furthest to the left congresswoman/man senator was elected they could change anything that really mattered? Change in policy automatically has a cost somewhere and those someones are much better represented @unusnemo @actapopuli
