A coffee brewer that screams at you when it's not connected to the Internet instead of brewing coffee. After it has brewed coffee, it will repeatedly attempt breakfast table conversation when you'd rather read your newspaper.

I have but one big question for you, #Minnesota : Where is #AlFranken ?
Judging from his website, Al hasn't had a new podcast since last November. I would have expected him to have plenty to say about #ICE at this point, but so far...silence.

So I just heard that #IlhanOmar was attacked via some liquid in a hypodermic that "smelled like vinegar"--which means it could be a variety of much stronger acids than vinegar, and that's the mark of an Islamic Extremist--see also #MalalaYousafzai .

Yeah. Today I stand with the Endless Screaming bot, who let out a big long one just now. You don't have to be terribly old to remember when Dems were the anti-shutdown party because of poor people, military, and such we'd be starving. Now we have Dems threatening a government shutdown over ICE funding, though they'll still be funded even when the government shuts down.

I heard John Fetterman make the case that Dems used to make, against a government shutdown, so what we have here is another rift in the party that Fetterman is going to be blamed for. The objective is to separate ICE funding from the bill being used to threaten government shutdown and when Fetterman's right, he's right. And he's right.

This makes an enormous amount of sense. I also wish they'd do this in the show, or at least hint at it, because how awesome would it be to get kids to associate them?

@WesDym
There are a number of problems with doing that, though, and that would be to admit that bigger-on-the-inside/relative-dimensions-in-space technology was not a Gallifreyan invention when it was developed right here on Earth. I expect that's also why The Doctor said that a library was an arsenal of weapons, but that's only half the story.

Every library has a navigation system; old school was the card catalog, but there's also the Reference Section which will point your way to each and every direction you choose to take in the Non Fiction department. Successful navigation of your foray will require the taking of notes, or you'll get lost in there.

..afterthought for my fellow Doctor Who fans--this is precisely what's actually meant by Relative Dimensions In Space. It should be underscored that a book is a 3-dimensional device whose prime purpose is to convey one-dimensional linear feet of text, and in that sense, every book is always bigger on the inside. Try doing this some time:
Measure how long the first line in your book is, then multiply that by the number of lines on a page, then multiply that result by how many pages of linear text is contained by your 3-dimensional book. If you're very ambitious, try that with a dictionary. If you're VERY ambitious, do that with Volume I of an encyclopedia, then multiply that result by how many volumes there are in the set.

That's an enormous amount of linear footage, isn't it.
