Cool, I was hoping for an excuse for FedGov to seize Space/X and Starlink assets on national security grounds.

The fact that this threat exists is the absolutely perfect example of why we shouldn't rely on SpaceX or any other private firm for this sort of thing... But *especially* SpaceX.

Hows that becoming utterly dependent on a private entity working for the government, anyways? Lets check in...

It’s almost like privatizing everything and leaving important things in the hands of a few people who use it to make profit is a bad idea and it can be exploited whenever it is advantageous for the money makers. 🤔 but Musk is a genius who can’t be replicated. He stole NASA’s designs that we wouldn’t fund publicly and blew them up until he made it work…while we cut NASA’s budget again. What a time to be alive.
