HRF filed more than 80 complaints in 28 countries against Israeli soldiers accused of complicity in committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against Palestinians in Gaza.

The foundation said the complaints were submitted in multiple countries, including Brazil, Chile, Australia, Greece, Italy, the US, and Canada, as part of a broad legal strategy that includes filing cases, prompting investigations, and imposing restrictions on the movements of the accused.

The foundation also noted that some soldiers posted evidence of their actions on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and the foundation used these posts as part of the evidence in the submitted complaints.
