I am starting to suspect that bluesky is sharing information about me with Meta's network. I barely use Instagram these days except to get messages from friends on there, but when I'm over there, I'm getting a lot of suggestions for accounts to follow -- accounts that i specifically follow or like on bluesky.
This is a creepy future to be living in.

You are correct that what is happening with tracking is creepy.

in reply to Emily Velasco • • •It is hard. With having rejected the options of BlueSky and Threads, and having left FB, IG, and Twitter, there are a lot of people I will never be able to contact again, and that hurts my heart. I resent losing my Twitter friends the most.
It is very hard to let go of connections, when the reasons have nothing to do with the people.

On top then teling me he knows tech (uses a tech he don't know what it is)
To stay on topic, I always hated Busky for the reason of attracting twitter users and making it the same centralized project.

And BlueSky is as Centralized as Meta etc
I block even tags on posts from there

in reply to Emily Velasco • • •Meta steals all your contacts on the phone.
Including other socials it looks like.
You installed the app and agreed to terms.
