This is priceless! Republican Denver Riggleman deliberately takes a selfie in front of the now famous poster in Nuuk, Greenland, that says yes to NATO, no to the pedo, with a picture of Epstein and Trump.

I love it!

It’s also interesting that a republican is doing it.. his Wikipedia page mark him as that most unusual of republican politicians one with a sense of humor and no interest one of the most significant right wing grift of QAnon

@GhostOnTheHalfShell

And did you both see this?
The article is a gem.

- My relationship with my mom made it through my break with her Mormon Church,” Riggleman wrote in his book. β€œI wasn’t sure if it could survive the Church of Trump.” -

@dresstokilt
I understand your sentiment, the more condemnation, especially from within their own circle the better.

@kleisli I get this β€œis it AI” question many times per week. I never share content without checking the source.

In this particular instance, the same poster on this location has been photographed by others already, so it definitely exists. And this particular photo was shared by himself on Bluesky.

So for this to be AI, he would have to be someone wanting to fake being in Greenland, but there is video of him being there on multiple YouTube channels.

This is real.

I rather thought about somebody else wanting to fake him like that. Like generating an image with Rubio standing there to provoke conflicts.
And also because we all tend to believe fake news or images faster, when they support our point of view. And I'm trying to be careful with such surprising, positive things.

ALT TEXT:

Former Republican congressman Denver Riggleman, stands smiling next to a snowy road with snow covered hills and buildings in the background. To his left is a building with a poster of trump and epstein. the top of the poster says, "Yes NATO", and the bottom of the poster says, "No pedo".

in reply to Randahl Fink

do you think he’s working on some new cryptid erotica up there?
in reply to Randahl Fink

didn't realize people couldn't read in Greenland. Only one Pedo in that picture on the left, and that person standing three should be ashamed.
in reply to Randahl Fink

This is performative nonsense. A random poster in Greenland is not evidence, insight, or courage. It is meme politics, signaling to your tribe while pretending it means something. If your argument relies on vibes, posters, and implication instead of facts and accountability, you are not exposing power. You are doing theater.

Pedi is to phart in some Spanish dialects . So he does not like old pharts but prefer younger ?
in reply to Randahl Fink

That's not a selfie. Words have meanings - or at least they are supposed to.

good thing good, bad thing bad (help me advance my political career)
in reply to Randahl Fink

Is it a "selfie" if both hands are in his pockets and the camera is 10 feet away? (I guess it could be on a tripod.)
in reply to Randahl Fink

The famous nazi staffed warcrime agency nato.

Guys, just because trump is a pedo and doesnt like nato doesnt mean nato is cool. Reality is not binary.

Malcolm Nance did a video in Greenland. The power went out and the people were terrified that the US was attacking them. They hate the US.
